O M~A é um restaurante de Sushi que abriu em Coimbra há cerca de um ano e meio. Mais que um restaurante é uma experiência, uma viagem, muito bem guiada pelos anfitriões, em diferentes etapas pelos sabores únicos e inconfundíveis da cozinha nipónica. Ao todo foram 19 peças sempre muito bem explicadas nos ingredientes, confecção e molhos. Um verdadeiro maná de sabores e texturas, em alguns momento explosivo, no bom sentido, num ambiente distinto com um serviço super atencioso. A minha melhor experiência de sushi até á data.

M~A is a sushi restaurant that opened in Coimbra about a year and a half ago. More than just a restaurant, it’s an experience—a journey expertly guided by the hosts through the diverse and unmistakable flavors of Japanese cuisine. In total, there were 19 pieces, each meticulously explained in terms of ingredients, preparation, and sauces. A veritable feast of flavors and textures, at times explosively delicious, served in a distinctive setting with impeccable service. It was my best sushi experience to date.
